I have personally been dealing with a lot stress and I find that what helps is watching a favorite movie, eating your favorite meal or some comfort food, and just taking a breather. Once you have done that then you can make a list of things you need to get done and work it out.
That's great advice! I think another way to ease some of the stress at the end of the day is to go for a walk with a friend. It's good for you on many levels since you not only get the health benefits associated with walking, but you also get the psychological and emotional benefits of time spent talking with someone close to you. It can be hard to find the motivation to go out and do it, but it's so worth the results!
